Can I bring a friend?
If you want to you can bring a family member or a friend and we
only charge the other person for the flight ticket and hotel
room.
How long will I be away?
The stay in Istanbul requires four nights which means you'll be
away for five days.
How much time does the surgery take?
The treatment only takes fifteen minutes where most of the time
is spent on preparations. In most cases the actual laser
treatment takes less than a minute.
Does it hurt?
You wont feel a thing during the actual treatment since you'll
have anaesthetic eye drops. Most people think the eyelid holder
is quite unpleasant and during the first few hours after the
treatment it can feel as if you have some something in your eye.
This can make you eyes sting and tear some. Most people however,
dont feel any or little discomfort after the treatment but in
exceptional cases some pain can be felt during a few hours. You
will be given cortison eye drops and painkillers to take with
you.
What happens to the eye in the future?
Nothing out of the ordinary will happen you your eyes in the
future.
How much time does it take before my vision is
perfect?
Most people get perfect vision in a few days after the
treatment. In some cases it can take a few more days but within
a couple of weeks your vision will be completely stable.
When can I get back to living my normal life?
Avoid using soap and makeup for three days after the treatment
and dont rub your eyes. Use sunglasses in bright light and
considering the risk of infection, avoid swimming-pools the
first week after the treatment. Other than that you can start
living your life as usual as soon as you feel alright.
What guarantees are given?
A surgery is always a surgery and therefore its hard to give
guarantees. The risk of infection En operation är alltid en

själv avgöra om man är beredd att ta den lilla risk som finns
att målet inte nås. Om någon komplikation skulle inträffa
vilket gör att du som kund måste åka tillbaka för en ny
efterkontroll, erbjuder vi återbäring på 2.000 kr efter att
återbesöket är avklarat.

What happens if I have to go back?
If you have to revisit the eye clinic we offer you £150 so you
can take flight back to Istanbul. Revisiting the eye clinic is
free of charge.
What kind of payment methods do you offer?
Payments are made in advance through credit card payment or by
transferring money to our Paypal account.
What happens after the payment?
When we have received your full payment you will be informed by
email that the payment has been made. We will then book your
flight, hotel and appointment at the eye clinic and by email you
will be informed of the time table for the trip.
What happens if I change my mind after I have
paid?
If the fligh has been booked we will not be able to give you a
refund for the flight, but the rest of the amount will be
returned to you.
